• Spine Spot does not treat, cure or diagnose any symptoms or health conditions other than joint misalignments (Subluxations).  If you are concerned about a specific symptom and want a diagnosis please consult with your primary care physician.  – The sole purpose of care in our office is to be checked and adjusted for misaligned (subluxated) spinal bones to remove interference and to help allow your body to move toward optimal health, function and performance.  
  • While Massages are not included in your wellness club pricing, you do get a discount. – Discount applies even if you do not see the chiropractor that day.  The only purpose of Focused massage services is to help reduce muscle tension.
  • Follow the doctor’s recommendations. – The doctor will recommend visit frequency based on what he feels it will take to restore motion and alignment into your spinal joints.  You may not be adjusted in all areas on every visit.
  • Plan Visits to not carry forward each month. – Usage of available visits is the sole responsibility of the member(s).  Visits included in your wellness club plan do not accrue or carry forward each month.

  • We ask for a 3 Month Minimum because change in spinal alignment does take time and does not happen overnight. – In most cases your spine has been out of proper alignment long before you began to experience problems.

Memberships are not intended to provide chiropractic care for the short-term treatment of symptoms but rather are an investment in your health just as exercise or eating a proper diet would be.  It takes time to experience all the benefits.

  • For that reason, it’s important that if you are joining the wellness club you also make the commitment to get the care needed to restore motion and alignment in your spine.  This gives you the best possible chance to experience true benefits of Chiropractic care such as improved sleep, better posture, increased motion, more energy and of course less pain.
  • While you may stop at any time, if you stop the membership prior to the requested 3 month minimum, Spine Spot may opt to not allow you to restart in the future in which case you may remain as a ‘Pay as You Go’ customer.


  • Your Membership will auto-debit each month similar to how a gym membership works – If a payment does not go through, as a courtesy we will attempt to re-bill in 2 days.  If the attempt fails a second time your account auto-debit will be stopped and you will go back to ‘pay as you go’ status.  In the effort to keep costs for wellness care lower by minimizing administrative staff expenses, all memberships must be paid by auto-debit of credit/debit cards or by electronic funds transfer (EFT) of a checking or savings account.  HSA cards are accepted here as well.



Auto-debit continues each month unless altered – Monthly renewal of your memberships will automatically be set as the date of this agreement. Let us know if you need your draft date to be altered or if you need to stop the auto-debit.
